Aiden remained passive towards the woman's retort. He simply raised his sword and released a strong gust of wind as he swung down his sword.

"Flame, wait!" Seth let out a sigh before drawing his own sword and charging forwards to help Flame.

Lifting her sword, fire surrounded her blade before Flame swung it down, unleashing a wave of flames at Seren.

Muttering a curse under her breath, Seren quickly avoided both attacks before charging at Seth, aiming a punch against his cheek.

Noelle ducked behind a tree, avoiding the wind. She held her sword steady in her hand. "Hey," she yelled to Seren, "Jerkface over here's got wind attacks. She's got fire..." She gestured to Flame, as if Seren hadn't noticed.

Aiden raised his sword up to his eye-level and charged towards Noelle.

"Whoa!" Seth quickly ducked down and rammed his head against Seren's stomach.

Flame sent a concerned glance back at Seth before shifting her attention to Noelle. Lifting her sword, she allowed flames to surround the blade before unleashing at the rebel.

Seren staggered back, but quickly recomposed herself by aiming a kick right under Seth's jaw.

"Ooh, fancy powers. Where'd you get 'em?" Noelle asked with a strange smile as she met Aiden's blade with her own, dodging Flame's fire in the process. She swung at Aiden's feet then dove back into the cover of the trees.

Aiden jumped back and kept an eye on the trees. He held his sword horizontally and swung his sword. A strong wind was produced, making the trees bend.

Seth quickly spun to the side. "Why do you keep aiming at me?!" He straightened himself back up and swung his sword at Seren.

Flame glanced over at Aiden, almost in awe at his powers, but then she readied her sword and swung another wave of fire at Noel. Then she charged at Seren, her eyes glowing faintly.

Not bothering to waste time, Seren avoided both attacks before thrusting her palm against Seth's chest. She ducked low and swept under Flame's feet, soon getting up and jumping back a few feet for safety.

Tree bending?! Noelle clicked her tongue in annoyance, but headed back further into the forest. Despite what her temper might imply, she was no fool. She needed a strategy. She closed her eyes, concentrating.

Aiden walked over to the edge of the forest. "Hiding is pointless. I will find you." He lifted his sword horizontally and slashed through the trees. Placing his sword behind him, he kicked down a tree causing the others fall with it.

Seth ran over to Flame and helped her up. "Are you ok?"

Flame nodded, letting out a small groan. "That hurt," she mumbled with a pout.

Seren glanced at the forest, somewhat worried about Noelle, but then looked back at the other two, keeping her stance ready. She blinked as the young boy checked on the girl, momentarily confused.

"Jerkface, whoever taught ya how to shoot sucks. Did anyone even teach ya? Aren't all y'all mutants or something? We're trying to prevent more people getting hurt, so ya'd think that you'd be a little more...well, doesn't matter, I love a good fight," Noelle said, taking care to dodge his attacks, although she was slightly off and a branch scratched her arm. She touched the blood with her fingers and looked at it as she continued to run.

Aiden watched as the rebel was making her way over to him. "You think you can take me head-on? Foolish girl." He raised a hand into the air. Lightning started forming and crackling above his palm. With a loud resonance of thunder, the lightning unleashed itself. It lashed out in various directions, hitting anything and everything.

"Do you want me to take care of things, Flame?" Seth asked while inspecting her injury. "I think I can handle it."

"You sure?" Flame asked, sounding a bit doubtful.

Seren glanced back over at where Noelle was, briefly concerned about her well being. She knew Aiden wasn't the best person to fight again; he was practically a legend among the rebellion due to the fact there was no one who was able to take him down.

Noelle stopped running and stood eerily still, staring at her blood on her hand. Then she fell to the ground, lying flat, avoiding the lightning. She was still staring at the blood from her tree-inflicted wound.
