Wayward Academy

Conan followed Ciel, watching him carefully.

The mystery made a loud clunking sound, followed by a hiss, followed by more of the quieter scuffling.

Kaoru heard the door to the cafeteria open. "Hmm? I wonder what's going on?"

Hikaru followed his gaze. "Seems like everyone is moving again."

Komui allowed Lavi to continue dragging him. His eyes still firmly stuck on the remains of his beloved robot.

Sebastian made sure that everyone left the cafeteria. "Well then... I better get to work."


Lightning observed the halls as she walked behind Ciel. Things were completely different than Sanctum or Pulse.


Yuffie grinned mischievously as she looked around. So far the halls were plain, but there will be plenty of things to inspect once they reach the library.

"Hey, Komui," Lavi spoke up, his voice quiet as he looked at the others. "Do you know if there's anything strange happening around here?"

Loki paused as he heard the hissing sound, his eyes narrowing slightly in suspicion.

Eventually, the group reached the library, and Ciel opened the doors for them before gesturing them to come in.

The mystery made a squeaking sound that sounded suspiciously like a girl shrieking at a mouse. It clunked loudly before becoming completely quiet.

Hikaru and Kaoru looked at the library. "Whoa. It's almost as big as the one at Ouran." They grinned to each other thinking of the things they can do here.

Komui looked up towards Lavi. "We are in a school with staff and students from other worlds. It was already strange when we set foot here."

Sebastian turned towards the noise and sighed. "Looks like I have more work to do."


Lightning walked into the library. "Alright. Guess we better get to business then." She looked towards Ciel. "Care to give us a briefing, Headmaster?"


Yuffie stared in awe at the library. So many floors! Who knows what kind of secrets they hold in here. She smiled mischievously at the thought of exploring around to uncover it all.

"You don't know anything else?" Lavi asked, eyebrow furrowing.

Ciel turned to Lightning and nodded. Glancing at the others, he began to explain (mostly) everything to them about the academy - about its unique features, its reason for existing (no matter how much of it wasn't exactly the truth), and the classes.

Loki grew curious, walking over as soon as he saw the girl.

There came another shriek, and the ventilation shaft popped open, only to have a traumatized mouse fly out and scurry away. The girl quickly followed, landing rather poorly on her backside. "Ow..." She jumped up and smiled, posing. "I have officially solved the fushigi mystery of the mysterious animal hiding in the ventilation shaft! It was not a werewolf, but a mouse!"

Komui smiled at Lavi. "Nope. However, I believe the headmaster just explained everything we needed to know."

Hikaru and Kaoru looked towards the scream. "Intruder!"

Sebastian heard the scream and sighed. "Looks like I have more work to do."


Lightning walked over to the sound and rose an eyebrow. "Is it common for people to be appearing from time to time?"


Yuffie jumped and landed on the table. "Who goes there?!"

Lavi cupped his chin, looking a bit intrigued. "Then this should be quite interesting."
