Artic continued to trail behind Ian while writing in her book.

Aiden sighed and kept walking. "For the President's assistant, you should be more aware of who enters this building and who is running around. For all we know there could be spies all over this building."

Seth looked around as he continued down the tunnel. "This is crazy! How can someone make this?!"

Flame laughed, obviously having fun. "Maybe it's someone strong!"

Ian cautiously peered around the area as he continued to lead, a small frown gracing his face.

"Who the hell knows," Seren remarked with a small frown. She looked around, cautious if there were any other creatures lurking about.

Norm's eyes widened then narrowed. "I know how to do my job, and internal procedures are very complicated."

Noelle frowned. "Have you ever seen one of them before?"

"What's wrong, Ian?" Artic looked up from her book. "There's no way anybody could follow us."

Aiden sighed. "Then you should suggest to the President about doing a security check on all the employees."

Seth grumbled a bit as he continued to slide through the tunnel. He turned his attention to the scene ahead. "I think we're getting to the end of it! I think I see the ground."

Flame snickered, reaching the end of the tunnel and landed safely on the ground.

"You never know if there are people following us, Artic," Ian replied, directing his gaze toward the front.

"Not anything like this," she replied, looking at her.

"It does not work like that," Norm huffed.

"Anything even close?" Noelle asked.

"I'm sure if there is anybody following us I would notice." Artic closed her book and stuffed it back into her bag. "Even if we did have followers, we can eliminate them easily."

Aiden shrugged. "If it did, then we wouldn't have intruders now would we?"

Seth jumped out from the tunnel and tried to quickly regain his balance. "Well... here we are. Now what?" He looked around and saw two women ahead of them. "Ooh... looks like other people are here too. Be careful, Flame."

Flame nodded. "Okay."

Ian sighed, admitting defeat. "Very well."

Seren paused, tilting her head to think about her answer. Then she replied, "Just another monster mutated between a wolf and a dinosaur, I think."

Norm sniffed. "I don't make the rules, but that hardly means I can ignore them."

"Who the hell does that?" Noelle asked, scratching her leg.

Aiden rolled his eyes. "Forever by the book. What a dull life you lead."

Artic smiled. "Come on, Ian. You know that it'll take a lot of skill for someone to sneak by us."

Seth looked over to the two of them curiously. "Do you think they're friendly? Seems like they're arguing about something."

"How about we sneak past them?" Flame suggested.

Ian chuckled lightly. "You know that there are some hunters out there that can sneak past us, Artic."

"People nowadays are crazy," she pointed out.

"It's not dull," Norm defended, "it's proper."

"I'm crazy, and I don't do that," Noelle muttered.

Aiden shrugged. "Still a dull life."

Artic looked over to Ian and rose an eyebrow. "Do you think we'll let hunters sneak by us?" She grinned as a twinkle shone in her eye. "Are you suggesting that you're losing your touch, old man?"

Seth nodded lightly. "Seems like a good idea. We still have to catch those intruders from earlier."

Ian twitched and glared. "Not at all, brat."

Flame nodded and sneaked past the two bickering, making sure to keep quiet.

Seren sweat-dropped and palmed her face. "Do you really want to do that?"

Norm muttered something but did not engage. Finally, he said aloud, "I wouldn't expect you to understand propriety."

Noelle shrugged. "Guess we should continue with the mission and stuff."
